We do not share your information with entities outside of our organization except for third parties that help us provide our services to you and court orders. Sharing your information includes selling, renting, and leasing your information. If lawfully required by a court of law to disclose your information to the court, we will obey the court order. If you are a Stellar Patent® client with a signed engagement letter, attorney/agent privileges apply.
The third party services we use to provide services to you may include:
- Google Analytics to aggregate website usage over all users to improve our website and marketing.
- Basin to process form submissions.
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) for website hosting.
- Google Workspace for email and documents.
- Hubspot for newsletter and chat.
None of the above third party services have the right to sell, rent, lease, or share your information outside of providing the services to Stellar Patent®.
To be on our email list you have to opt-in. You may opt out of our email list at any time. If you receive emails from our email list after you opt out, please inform us so that we can correct the technical error.
We reserve the right to change this policy. The changes will be effective at the time the updated policy is posted. If the change involves sharing your information with a third party not associated with Stellar Patent® providing services to you, we will seek your approval before sharing your information.
Stellar Patent® may provide links to other websites. Each website outside of Stellar Patent® may have its own privacy policies.
